Orders placed via website must be paid for in full. Orders are made to the customers own measurements, many fabrics have a tendancy to shrink or expand by as much as 5% depending on in-situ conditions and an allowance is recommended for this.
We will treat all customers own fabrics with care but cannot accept any liability for changes to quality or quantity required unless specific care instructions are provided.
Customers own fabrics will have been assumed to have been checked for appropriate quality and quantity required.
The correct side of fabric must be clearly marked.
We are proud of our good reputation and will always strive to give 100% satisfaction. Should a problem arise we will endeavour to do all we can to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction.
An order placed using one of our many beautiful fabrics will be treated with the same conditions, an order can be cancelled within the first 24 hours ensuring full refund, after that 50% refund can be made. Once the order is made no refund can be offered as the order is made to the customers specification thereafter not suitable for resale.
